Traditional Kitchen

With a growing family, we wanted to create a more open and inviting space that would accommodate everyone. To achieve this, we took down the wall between the kitchen and dining room, and added a large island. The island served as a replacement for the kitchen table and created a space for a coffee station. By keeping the white cabinets, brass fixtures and statement backsplash, we maintained the traditional kitchen aesthetic while still achieving a cozy, family-friendly space.

The result of our renovation was a warm and welcoming kitchen and dining room, where the family can now gather together. The island serves as a multi-functional area for meal preparation, casual dining, and extra storage. The coffee station provides a cozy nook for the family to enjoy their morning coffee. The white cabinets and brass fixtures give a timeless appearance to the kitchen, while the statement backsplash adds personality and character. This kitchen renovation accomplished both practicality and charm, and has become the heart of the home.
